Founded in 1966 by the visionary José Aparecido Ribeiro, Praias Paulistas is a company that works with the objective of developing innovative ventures and businesses with seriousness, respect for the environment, focus on total quality and customer satisfaction.
In partnership with other companies with the same profile, it carried out the  urbanization project on the beaches of Bertioga and São Lourenço, subdividing the development called Jardim Indaiá I, II and III, in the city of Bertioga and together with Companhia Fazenda Acaraú, carried out the Urbanization Project of Praia de São Lourenço, the  Riviera de São Lourenço , also in Bertioga, State of São Paulo.
The Project was developed by Pluric and the execution of the project was under the responsibility of Sobloco Construtora SA, implemented in 1980.
The development has become a success story and is at the forefront of ecologically viable and sustainable projects, which are internationally recognized as a model of urban development.
Praias Paulistas also develops planned neighborhoods in the cities of Campinas,  in a privileged region for the quality of life and the location in the middle of nature.
 

Paulista Beaches

In partnership with other companies with the same profile, conducted a project of urbanization on the beaches of St. Lawrence and Bertioga plotting the venture called Garden Indaiá I, II and III in the city of Bertioga and together with the Company Acaraú Farm, held the Project urbanization of St. Lawrence Beach (Riviera de São Lourenço), also in Bertioga, State of São Paulo. 
The project was developed by Pluric and execution of the project was the responsibility of Sobloco Construction SA, deployed from 1980. 
The venture became a success story and is at the forefront of ecologically viable and sustainable projects that are internationally noted as the urban development model.
